A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments for ceramic coating services.
Deposits secure your scheduled date and allow us to allocate time and materials specifically for your vehicle.
The deposit amount will be applied toward the final invoice balance.
If you need to reschedule, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or failure to reschedule within 30 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Matt’s Precision Detailing, LLC must reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances on our end, your deposit will remain valid or be refunded upon request.
