Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment or receiving service from Kingsley Motorworks (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the customer (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal
Please make checks payable to Matt’s Precision Detailing, LLC
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If additional processing time is needed for payment (check processing, purchase orders, business approval, etc.), you must notify us before service begins.
2. Vehicle Preparation
To help us provide the highest-quality service:
Please remove personal belongings from seats, floorboards, center consoles, glove compartments, and trunk/cargo areas before arrival.
Child safety seats may remain installed if needed; however, areas beneath or behind installed seats may not be fully accessible.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
3. Mobile Service Requirements
At this time, Kingsley Motorworks is fully mobile.
Water and electricity are not required, but access to water and a safe driveway/parking location is appreciated and may improve efficiency.
Customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and ensure the service location complies with local regulations and restrictions.
Service may be declined if the location is unsafe or inaccessible.
4. Service Timing
Estimated service duration is provided as a guideline only.
Actual completion time may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, weather, contamination levels, or additional requested services.
5. Ceramic Coating After-Care
For ceramic coating services:
Do not wash the vehicle for 14 days after application.
Use only pH-neutral automotive soap and a soft wash mitt or approved waterless wash products.
Avoid automatic car washes and brush-based wash systems.
Dry using clean microfiber towels or touchless air/blower methods.
Maintenance toppers and refresh services will help extend coating longevity.
Please do not use Armor All products on coated surfaces.
Failure to follow after-care instructions may reduce coating performance and longevity.
6. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to weather conditions including heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, freezing temperatures, or conditions that impact quality or safety.
We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes whenever possible.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Only applicable to ceramic coatings. Read more here.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work.
If any service area was missed or concerns arise, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct any verified service-related issues.
Satisfaction claims do not cover new contamination, environmental exposure, misuse, or normal wear after completion.
9. Existing Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage including scratches, stains, oxidation, worn trim, failing clear coat, rock chips, interior wear, loose panels, damaged electronics, or previously repaired areas.
Some stains, odors, pet hair, and defects may be improved but cannot be guaranteed to be fully removed.
10. Photos & Marketing
We may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality control and promotional use.
License plates and personal information will not intentionally be highlighted.
Customers may request that their vehicle not be photographed.
11. Agreement
Booking and receiving service confirms that the customer has read and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
